• Helping connect you with the appropriate Administrative Board member or other church member to make sure your questions, suggestions and concerns are addressed

• Making plans for weddings, baptisms and funerals

• Reserving and renting the social hall or classroom(s) for an event or meeting

• Ordering flowers to be placed on the altar

• Notifying church members of upcoming activities and events through the church bulletin and calendar
